1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.
Once the product has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may request a return or replacement after delivery.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or website wallet within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.
Products that are custom-made or specially ordered (if applicable).
